Pat Patterson is the founder of Pat Patterson Company, a Southern California real estate firm centered around thoughtful residential property. His work spans development, investment, and private representation, shaped by a deep interest in architecture, design, and the environments people choose to live in. Through Sailhouse Companies, Patterson develops and builds homes throughout coastal Orange County and the Coachella Valley with an emphasis on materials and natural light. Over time, the homes themselves have remained a constant interest: how they function, how they age, and how thoughtful environments continue to influence daily life. He lives between Newport Beach and Palm Desert.
